When I work on a project, I usually move/create it on the SSD, later I would move it to the HDD. They lead to the corresponding drive, on which these folders are found. In my side bar I have aliases for different folders, such as "Current projects" or "Drafts". My sample libraries and recordings are on the HDD, and so are all kinds of archives like old projects, etc. Personally I have an SSD and an HDD in my Mac Pro, the SSD is used for Logic, OS X and my plugin libraries.
